Crews from Selby responded to reports of a barn fire. Crews extinguished a fire at a derelict building measuring 30m by 20m using 1 hose reel jet and 2 knapsack sprayers. The cause was deliberate.

Crews from Skipton on standby at Settle responded to reports of a fire in the open. This resulted in a false alarm due to controlled burning.

Crews from York responded to automatic fire alarm sounding at a residential premises. This resulted in a false alarm.

Crews from Selby responded to reports of a fire in woodland. Crews extinguished a small fire using 2 knapsack sprayers. The cause was deliberate.

Crews from Scarborough responded to reports of a child with his arm trapped in a lift. Crews released the child using small tools and the casualty was transported to hospital with a suspected broken arm.

2 appliances from Skipton attended a single vehicle RTC where an Audi Q2 left the road, collided with a roundabout and caught fire. A female driver in her 20s was out on arrival arrival and treated by paramedics for a neck injuries. Fire Service crews extinguished the fire and made the scene and vehicle safe. 2 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reels, a thermal imaging camera and lighting was used at this incident. The driver of the vehicle was taken to hospital for further treatment.

Richmond assisted paramedics in extricating a female casualty in her 40s who had fallen down some stairs into a pub cellar. Crew power was used to transport the patient into an awaiting ambulance, she was then taken for further treatment suffering from neck and head injuries.

An appliance from Settle was mobilised to reports of a fire sighted in the open. Crews confirmed this was a false alarm due to controlled burning, advice was given to the landowner.
